Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, as we adhere to stringent quality control measures to ensure the quality of every made-to-order signature piece. Should your item become available sooner, we'll promptly notify you.

Complimentary Services: Enjoy complimentary delivery and assembly services within the UAE.

International Shipping: While we currently don't offer shipping outside the UAE, we're dedicated to accommodating such requests. For inquiries regarding international shipping, please contact us directly at info@casadiandi.com.

Unforeseen Circumstances: While we aim for seamless delivery experiences, we regret that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, or natural disasters.

Advance Notification: You will receive advance notification at least two days before delivery, during which we'll agree on a convenient 5-hour window for installation.
